Order Processing

Shukami Store does not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Shukami Store Orders are shipped via Singapore Post on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Order processing and shipping time is 2-3 business days, depending on product stock availability. We currently ship to Singapore.

Out of Stock

Any order placed through this website will be shipped after necessary order verification, provided that the product is in stock, and cannot be cancelled after the order has been shipped. If the product is out of stock, the item will be listed as a backorder and shipped to you when it is available. Backorders can be cancelled at any time before shipping. For orders for out-of-stock items, the total shipping cost is included in the first shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shuklami Online Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with a Shukami product purchased online, you may return the unused portion to us within 7 days from the date of purchase for us to exchange the product for you. If your purchase has been more than 7 days, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange. Please note: Only products purchased through Shukami Online are eligible for returns and exchanges. If you do not wish to exchange the original product, you may select another Shukami product of equal value. We do not offer refunds. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return/Exchange Instructions

Send an email to shukami.sg@gmail.com stating your return and the reason for return and a copy of your original purchase invoice. This copy can be a photo or scan of your original invoice. Once you receive your invoice, we will guide you through the return and exchange process. For all Singapore returns, please send to: 5 Tannery Road #07-03 Ruby Industrial Complex, Singapore 347740 For your protection and to ensure timely delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured UPS Ground. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is damaged, please refer to the “Damaged Items” section. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you received a damaged item, please keep the box, packaging and all contents and contact us at shukami.sg@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damaged box and item.

Use of Personal Information

We use your personal information to provide you with our services, which include: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilling your orders, and keeping you up to date with new products, services, and offers.

Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any shipping damage. It is normal for the carton to show some wear and tear. If your item is damaged, please keep the box, packing materials, and contents and contact us immediately at shukami.sg@gmail.com. Please include the order number, your email address, phone number, and pictures of the damaged item so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know it has been received. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted. Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to be posted. If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email {email address} and have your item shipped to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We will mail you the gift certificate once we receive the return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: {physical address}. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to arrive. If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
